Khloe Kardashian Welcomes Second Baby With Tristan Thompson

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are parents again, welcoming their second child via a surrogate.

People reports that Good American co-founder and the NBA player, who split in January welcomed their son via a surrogate.

A source close to the Kardashian noted that they haven’t decided on a name for their son yet.

It was made public last month that Kardashian and Thompson were expecting a second child. The now exes are also parents to 4-year-old daughter True Thompson.

“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” a rep told PEOPLE.

“Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”

Kardashian and Thompson began dating in 2016 and welcomed their daughter True in 2018. In January of this year, the couple split after allgations of Thompson’s cheating made rounds.

Thompson is also dad to son Prince, 5, with ex Jordan Craig and son Theo, 8 months, with Maralee Nichols.

Khloe Kardashian earlier opened up on her pregnancy issues earlier this year.

Kardashian said on the first episode of the final season of KUWTK in March 2021 that if she choose to carry her own second kid, doctors had warned her that the pregnancy would be “high-risk.”

“I’m not gonna get into specifics on-camera,” she said in the episode, “but they said it’s like an 80-something percent chance that I will miscarry. I almost miscarried with True at the beginning. But I didn’t know that was like a lingering thing.”

“This is all really shocking to me,” Kardashian added in her confessional. “All I’m trying to do is bring more love into my life and into my family, and I just seem to be running into more and more roadblocks. It’s really hard for me to digest.”
