Piqué's Message Reveals He Wants “Peace” With Shakira

Although, there’s no official word yet, it appears like Shakira and Gerard Piqué’s relationship is moving in a clear direction. The Colombian singer is close to moving to Miami with her kids, and the soccer player is on board with the idea. For the benefit of their children Milan and Sasha, it also appears that the Barcelona footballer wants to close this chapter of his life in the best possible manner, without animosity.

And Gerard Piqué illustrates this by wishing the Colombian celebrity the best in a message that he gave to her. He knows that whatever transpires between them, for better or worse, will be expressed in their children. Piqué wants to maintain order at the celebration because of this.

Barcelona’s message, which makes it apparent that their 12-year union is essentially over and without agreement, was released by a person close to him. He further stresses that now, for both of them, their children should come first.

Prior to their meeting the next week, the player reportedly wrote Shakira a message that reads as follows, “I wish you the best. The important thing is the happiness and welfare of our children.”

Although their dispute seemed to get worse by the day, it appears that things are settling down, and it has been said that there may already be an agreement for the South American celebrity to retain custody of their children and move them to live there.

According to the Telemundo programme “La mesa caliente,” Piqué would be willing to sign Shakira’s permits as long as she met two non-negotiable requirements: a guarantee of five first-class tickets per year to travel to see their children in Miami, and a loan of $400,000 to settle a debt.

Because it has not been confirmed, Piqué has been suggested as having the option of finishing his career at MLS club Inter Miami before relocating to the area where his kids live. Nothing, not even the meeting that Shakira and Piqué are said to have next week, is confirmed as of yet.
