Wenger speaks on Arsenal giving Ramsey ‘huge contract’ in January

Former Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger says he has no idea whether the club will give midfielder, Aaron Ramsey a ‘huge contract’ in the January transfer window.

Ramsey is set to leave the Emirates club after a decade of service in North London.

The Welsh international had been close to agreeing to a new deal but Arsenal recently withdrew their offer amid input from head coach Unai Emery.
Wenger feels the 27-year-old is in a strong position at Arsenal despite the club withdrawing a contract offer.

Speaking about Ramsey’s contract situation at Arsenal, Wenger was quoted by Metro UK as saying: “We tried that before and it still can happen.

“‘I don’t really know what’s happening at Arsenal. Sure, Aaron Ramsey is in a strong position now and he will use this position.

“But I don’t know how far Arsenal will go in terms of giving him a huge contract.

“These things were once my responsibility, but not anymore. I’m happy about that.”

Arsenal will take on Leicester City in their next Premier League fixtures on October 22.

Floyd Mayweather backs out of fight with 20-year-old kickboxer after receiving bashing from 50 Cent and others

American professional boxer, Floyd Mayweather, has dramatically made a U-Turn and won't be fighting 20-year-old Japanese kickboxer,Tenshin Nasukawa anymore for his comeback fight.
